iBurn Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping
All iBurn products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Production and shipping times begin once your order is placed.
Production Time
Orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Time

U.S. Orders: 3–5 business days after fulfillment

International Orders: 7–21 business days after fulfillment, depending on location and customs
Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking activity to update.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by local postal services, customs clearance, or unforeseen disruptions. Once your order ships, delivery is out of our control.
Returns & Replacements
All iBurn products are printed on demand. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

Change of mind
All sales are final.
What Qualifies for Replacement
We will replace items that arrive:

Defective

Misprinted

Damaged in transit

Incorrectly fulfilled
To file a claim, email us at info@iburngear.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

A clear photo of the item

A short explanation of the issue
We will evaluate your claim and respond accordingly.
Wrong Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
We do not automatically re-ship. Please contact us to confirm your updated address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
If your package appears missing, contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.
Final Sale Policy
Every item is made to order, just for you.
