Returns & Replacements

All iBurn products are printed on demand. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:
* Incorrect sizing
* Color preference
* Change of mind

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any orders. All sales are final. Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
* Change of mind
* Incorrect sizing
* Color preference
* Design preference

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled item, we will provide a replacement—not a refund.

What Qualifies for Replacement

We will replace items that arrive:
* Defective
* Misprinted
* Damaged in transit
* Incorrectly fulfilled

To file a claim, email us at info@iburngear.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
* Your order number
* A clear photo of the item
* A short explanation of the issue

We will evaluate your claim and respond accordingly.

Every item is made to order, just for you. All sales are final. Please double-check your size, color, and design before placing your order.
